What is a PPA?

A Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is an effective solution to the high cost of electricity here in New York.

PPA providers install solar energy generation facilities for no upfront costs, maintain them regularly, insure them, and guarantee discounted long-term electricity pricing. 

The PPA provider agrees to design, develop, engineer, finance, own, operate, and maintain the business owner’s solar facility for an agreed upon time period. You are only billed for the actual electrical output, at a significantly discounted price per kWh with locked in rates.

To add to your bottom line, if there is any excess solar power generated, business owners have the potential to actually generate revenue via Net Metering.
